System Control Engineer
You should have interest in developing new systems for FSO communications.
Degree in System Control Engineering, MSc or similar experience
Familiarity with high speed, GHz, PCB design considerations
Preferred knowledge of fundamental telecommunication concepts
Familiarity with system stability criteria and modelling in s- and z-domain, PID, etc.
General coding skills e.g. Python.
FPGA design experience at board level (Xilinx)
Strong VHDL skills; logical and physical design, timing closure
Recent experience in design of complex and dense FPGA solutions with Xilinx FPGA design and simulation tools
Modelling of optical and mechanical elements in a closed control loop
Simulation, test and functional verification and documentation
Contribution to the project timelines and milestones
Strong technical communication skills
Strong English verbal and written skills
Team player and builder; good interpersonal skills
Self-propelling, flexible, showing initiative, result driven
Prepared to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team while also able to work autonomously
