The primary responsibility of the Senior Global Product Marketing Manager is to lead the end to end new product introductions in markets outside North America. They work closely with the upstream Radiology Solution product and marketing managers to articulate the value proposition, and drive positioning and promotion with the field teams.

You are responsible for

The Senior Global Product Marketing Manager ensures that each individual market can fully exploit the sales and profit potential of the Radiology Solutions Portfolio.

The primary responsibility of the Senior Global Product Marketing Manager is to lead the end to end new product introductions in markets outside North America. They work closely with the upstream Radiology Solution product and marketing managers to articulate the value proposition, and drive positioning and promotion with the field teams.

They understand and anticipate customers’ needs and strategically position products/solutions to generate leads for the field. He/she also enable our business to act on market specific customer insights and competitor strategies as inputs into product/solutions’ roadmap (features and economic benefits).

They are not responsible for the realization of the sales, but support this. Their focus will be on executing compelling market introductions. They are also responsible for coordinating the linkages between the upstream teams, and the market/field organization

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, plan and lead, together with market marketing, the market introduction of the new solutions in order to generate the largest impact in the market.
  • Drive market planning for BMC business planning, in coordination with product managers and finance
  • Define and implement launch strategy for local market including any required localization of positioning, identification of appropriate messaging to priority target segments
  • Collaborate with upstream Product Management  to analyze the market including development of pricing strategies and competitive analysis, identification of  healthcare trends and new customer opportunities and gathering of local market and customer insights to support the development of new Value Propositions
  • Support Field Marketing to enable the market sales teams development to execute market development initiatives (e.g., customer education seminars, customer presentations, local development and management of luminaries and clinical advocates, development and management of reference sites)
  • Support BIU teams to ensure compliance of local solutions and marketing materials with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and manage relationships with local KOLs, societies, alliances, sponsors and advisory boards in collaboration with BIU marketing  and in support of developing claims and market proof points

As Global Product Marketing Manager Radiology Solutions, you will report into the Senior Director.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Master's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in a marketing or a business development role;
  • A proven track record in Marketing new product/service introduction and/or program management working across multiple international markets in- preferably within the healthcare domain;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills;
  • Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders and proven ability to lead and inspire an organization;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present relevant content to effectively enable the launch of new solutions into markets
  • Self-starter with highly effective organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of Philips PDLM and market activation/NPI processes and organization is highly desirable
  • Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage;
  • Willingness to travel max 30-40%  first year in Europe.
