Part of the daily company activities is to make sure that everything runs as smooth possible. Which is why we are looking for someone with excellent personal assistant and office manager skills.
The offered role entails fulfilling two primary roles of office manager and personal assistant. At Incooling, you will find yourself working in a diverse multinational team with tech, business and marketing backgrounds whose main aim is to make a positive impact. The position will involve working directly with CEO & CMO of the company with range of tasks including managing the agenda and appointments; event and travel arrangement & logistics, general administrative work, processing office orders and ensuring general wellbeing of the office space.
